NICK MARTIN, CPI
My name is Nick Martin, owner, and lead inspector. I am deeply rooted in the community and committed to serving the public. With more than 20 years as a Firefighter and EMT, I serve as a professional Firefighter, EMT, and HazMat Technician. I also volunteer locally as well.
More than 20 years of training and a broad range of experience, including general construction work, building materials, and renovation, make me the ideal choice for your home inspection. I have inspected centuries old buildings, new buildings still under construction, and the many stages that span those years.
I am certified by InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (Cert#: NACHI16110926) and licensed by the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (License: 3380001005) and Maryland Commission of Real Estate Appraisers & Home Inspectors (License: 33985)
